01 Who is responsible
This site is the portfolio of Juan Martinez Garcia (Mendoza, Argentina). For any question about your data: hola@juanmartinezgarcia.com.
02 What data is collected
Only if you use the contact form: your name, your email address and the message you write, plus the language of the page you were on.
The site has no user accounts, uses no cookies, has no analytics, shows no advertising and installs no trackers.
03 What it is used for
Only to read and answer your message. It is not sold, not passed on to third parties and not used to send you anything you did not ask for.
04 Where it is kept and for how long
The form sends an email to the contact mailbox. Hosting for the site and the email is provided by Hostinger. The message stays in that mailbox for as long as needed to reply to you; you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
To stop spam, the server stores a hash of your IP address and the time of your submissions, and uses it only to limit repeated submissions (maximum 5 per hour). Your IP is not stored in clear.
05 Third-party content
The YouTube and Spotify players are not loaded until you press “Play”. Only then may those services receive your IP address and use their own cookies, under their own policies. Links to Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, Bandcamp, Tidal and other sites take you to third-party services.
Fonts are served from this same site; Google Fonts is not used.
06 Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hola@juanmartinezgarcia.com. In Argentina, Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection applies; the supervisory body is the Agency for Access to Public Information, where you can also file a complaint.
